1. Log into your Action Global Cloud Billing Portal by going to https://www.wsigenesis.com and click Login

2. On the left locate the Contacts side-bar > New Contact...

3. From the Choose Contact drop down list ensure Add New Contact is selected

4. Enter contact details

5. Enable the option Activate Sub-Account

6. Select the desired Sub-Account Permissions

7. Enter New Password for this sub-account

8. Select desired Email Preferences

9. Click Save Changes
