How to reply to an existing ticket طباعة

1. Log into your Action Global Cloud Billing Portal by going to https://www.wsigenesis.com and click Login

2. Navigate to Support > Tickets

3. A list of your tickets will be displayed

4. Click the ticket you wish to reply

5. On the left locate the Ticket Information side-bar > Reply

6. Enter your reply in the Reply field

7. Click Submit
