1. Log into your Action Global Cloud Billing Portal by going to https://www.wsigenesis.com and click Login
2. Click on Hello... on top right > Contacts/Sub-Accounts
3. From the Choose Contact drop down list select the account you wish to delete
4. Click Delete Contact
