1. Log into your Action Global Cloud Billing Portal by going to https://www.wsigenesis.com and click Login
2. Navigate to Open Ticket
3. Click the appropriate department you wish to contact
4. Enter all fields
5. Please review the knowledgebase suggestions to see if your question has already been answered
6. To submit the ticket click Submit
