1. Log into your Action Global Cloud Billing Portal by going to https://www.wsigenesis.com and click Login
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Enter the email address used to register your account and click Submit
4. Answer your account security question if set
5. You will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email.
