How to request for a data restore Print

Website files & database are backed up daily and kept for 45 days. While we do not charge for the backup service (which requires backup licenses and the storing of petabytes of data), we charge a nominal fee should you need a restore.

1. Log into your Action Global Cloud Billing Portal by going to and click Login

2. Navigate to Services > View Available Addons

3. Find Data Restore > from the drop down select the service to apply this addon > Order Now

4. Review the order and choose payment method and click Complete Order

5. You will receive an email questionnaire regarding what you need restored. Please reply to it with the details. Once we receive the details restore will be scheduled.
