How to order dedicated SSL certificate Print

1. Log into your Action Global Cloud Billing Portal by going to and click Login

2. Navigate to Services > View Available Addons

3. Find Dedicated SSL > from the drop down select the service to apply this addon > Order Now

4. Review the order and choose payment method and click Complete Order

5. You will receive an email questionnaire regarding the SSL certificate.  The questionnaire will look like the sample below.  Please reply to the email questionnaire with the details. Once we receive the details we will request SSL certificate from certificate authority and update you once installed.

In order for a dedicated SSL to be issued, we need the following information regarding the company the SSL is for.

- SSL URL (often this will be
- Organization
- Organizational Unit (ie. department)
- Country
- State/Province
- City

We also need access to email account
If the website OR email are live with Action Hosting, there's nothing you need to do.
If the website and email are live elsewhere, you will need to create that email account and provide us access.

Note that once SSL is issued it cannot be refunded.
