How to compress/extract ZIP when using WSI Cloud Hosting Plane File Manager Print

To add files to archive ZIP file:

1. Access File Manager by following this KB article: http://billing.wsigenesis.com/knowledgebase/265/How-to-access-WSI-Cloud-Hosting-Panel-File-Manager.html

2. Place a check-mark on the file(s)/folder(s) you wish to archive into ZIP file

3. Click More > Add to Archive

4. Give name for the archive file name > OK

5. The archive ZIP file will be created in your current folder

To extract archive ZIP file:

1. Access File Manager by following this KB article: http://billing.wsigenesis.com/knowledgebase/265/How-to-access-WSI-Cloud-Hosting-Panel-File-Manager.html

2. Navigate to the path where you wish to extract the archive ZIP file

3. If you need to upload the archive ZIP file, click Upload Files

4. Place a check-mark on the archive ZIP file > More > Extract Files

5. Select the option "Replace existing files" if you want the extracted files to replace any files that may already exist > OK
